  • Players scoring 33 - 36 points will have no adjustment to handicap (buffer zone).

  • Players scoring 32 points or less will have an increase of 0.2 strokes to their adjusted handicap for Divs 2 - 4 and 0.1 for Div 1, provided that this does not take them above their club handicap.

  • Additionally the winning or joint first placed player(s) will be cut an additional 0.3 regardless of score.

3. Bits and Plonkers

Each group of players decides whether to play bits side bets.  If they are played, the following rules are recommended;

  • You do not have to putt out if you can no longer score, but if you continue and three putt, it counts.

  • However, if two putts have been taken and the second putt was for a point, the player is deemed to have three putted.
